Three Kinds of Production Technology of Magnesium Oxide


    Direct-pyrolysis method of Bischofite
    When heated in air or heat flow, hydrated magnesium chloride can loose of crystal water step by step with the increase of temperature. This method is relatively simple, not only don’t consume any auxiliary materials at all, but also makes the cost of production lower, which is more easily to  realize magnesium high value and industrialization. There are two methods to produce magnesium oxide which are spray method and fluidized bed method.
    Spray pyrolysis to produce magnesium oxide
    Spurting brine into reacting furnace to make thermal decomposition, then you can get crude magnesium oxide after calcination. Repeatedly washed to remove incomplete decomposition of soluble chloride. The process is making coarse magnesium oxide generated hydrated magnesium hydroxide, get light magnesium oxide after calcination, at last through dead-burned get high purity magnesium oxide which content is up to 99%. 
    Fluidized bed pyrolysis to produce magnesium oxide
    Make materials have the dehydration, pyrolysis and roasting through fluidized bed, then the finished-product will be store. Due to heat radiation of fluidized bed is more, the appropriate heat insulation measures should be adopted. In this way, you can reduce the heat dissipation and improve the effective utilization rate of hot stove.
