Parts Applications of Magnesium Sulfate

1.Used as Epsom salt or Bath salt
Add bath salts (bath powder) contained magnesium sulfate into bath and dissolve in hot water, then it has the function of heat preservation and sterilization. In addition, it can promote blood circulation, make the skin smooth and delicate, also can treat skin allergy, hands and feet numbness, lumbar shoulder pain, constipation, hemorrhoids and other symptoms. Amazingly, often bath with it can remove excess fat to lose weight.   

2.Used as foot washing powder( liquid )  
Add 10 g magnesium sulfate, 3 drops of rosemary or geranium and small amount of pennyroyal mixture into hot water, make your foot covered in the water, then soak for 15 minutes. This can relax the nerve, muscle and promote the blood circulation. After soaking, you had better make feet dry and smear moisturizing cream and gently massage. If you do like this, you can enhance the leg muscle force. Even always do like that, it can treat foot pains.

3.Reduce swelling and relieve pain 
Using 50% magnesium sulfate solution for external sore area, can reduce swelling and relieve pain. As it is reported, 20% magnesium sulfate solution can be used for sterilization, anti-inflammatory, analgesic.

4.Other application
Magnesium sulfate can be used in producing magnesium healthy soap, denture cleaner and others.
