At present, the magnesium oxide is considered to be the annexing agent with the best performance in the world. It is widely used in the painting, plastics, papermaking, printing ink, chemical fiber, rubber, cosmetic and other industries. Because of the short technological process of production, large capacity, high quality, less emissions and so on, the magnesium oxide becomes an international mainstream product. However, for a long time, the high-end magnesium oxide production technology is highly monopolized by the international chemical giant. Therefore, the advanced high end technology replaced with sulfuric acid method technology becomes the main direction of the domestic magnesium oxide manufacturers and suppliers’ transformation and upgrading.
The Meishen Technology adopts a number of high and new technologies and modernized equipment. Through the independent R &D and innovative practice, Meishen Technology has already overcame a lot of difficulties of high end magnesium oxide’ technology and equipment. And it has formed the high-end magnesium oxide production line which can produce tens of thousands of tons each year, and achieve continuous and stable reach-standard production. This project technology has already reached the domestic advanced and international advanced level. China Magnesium Salt Association suggested strengthening promotion, and further developing and researching high-end serious products.
The high-end magnesium oxide project of Meishen Technology broke through the extended monopoly of foreign related technique, promoted the technical equipment level and product quality of Chinese magnesium oxide industry. For the magnesium oxide industry’s domestic supply-side structural reform, the upgrade and update of technology and product, and energy conservation and environment protection, it has a great significance, and wide prospect in the future.
In the next step, Meishen Technology will continually increase the research input of core technology, effectively combine with domestic universities and colleges and scientific research institutions to overcome the new technology and equipment which can achieve hundred thousand tons a year. In order to achieve the equipment and technology progress of domestic high-end magnesium oxide, and promote the national industrial level, we should do more.
